Tuesdays at the Table

It's time for that blog carnival we all know and love, Tuesdays at the Table!

This recipe is super easy, but it requires a little forethought, which is definitely not my forte. Twice a year when I actually do have the presence of mind to marinate this chicken, it's totally worth the effort!

Yogurt Marinated Chicken
Original Source: Lite & Tasty Magazine

1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
Garlic (to taste)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
6 chicken breasts (deboned and deskinned)

1. Put all ingredients together in a gallon size Ziploc bag.
2. Place chicken breasts in bag with marinade.
3. Let marinate 8 hrs or overnight.
4. Grill chicken until done (grilling time will vary).
