Yeah, we always end up hiring the "hot people", and I end up responsible for them and their lack of actual work. GRR!

ha ha. too funny. I have been told that when I actually hire an assistant Maria must be part of the hiring decision. I know another lawyer that hired a girl and his wife later asked him if the girl is pretty. He responded "not as pretty as you" in true lawyer fashion.
